El día 5 la apertura de la conferencia estará a cargo del Presidente del
país, y participarán los Ministros de Telecomunicaciones y Sociedad de la
Información, Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales, y Administraciones Públicas.
En la conferencia participarán miembros de la Administración Pública de
Serbia, representantes de la sociedad civíl interesados en la accesibilidad y
expertos extranjeros invitados, entre los que se encuentra la creadora y
directora de la Fundación Sidar, Emmanuelle Gutiérrez y Restrepo.
El objetivo de la Conferencia es sentar las bases para el desarrollo de
una Sociedad de la Información y del Conocimiento, en Serbia, que sea
inclusiva para todos.
